~It's fine.~
Leon grinned and went under water. He swam closer to her and then tugged on her leg just gently before swimming back to the surface. "I'm glad you can't think of any hexes," he laughed holding himself up. They had been in the water for a matter of minutes and they were both completely soaked. He grinned and looked at her.
"Too bad more people don't come down here in the water," he said looking around them. The lake area was pretty much vacated. "We could play sharks and minnows," he said knowing very well she probably would have no clue what he was talking about, nor would half the pureblood and half-blood students here at Hogwarts.

When Juliet felt Leon grab her leg, she shrieked. She wasn’t expecting him to do that so she was a little surprised. ”Be very glad that I can’t think of any.” She said to him. When she saw him grim at her she looked at him and said ”What are you grinning at?” After she asked the question she laid on her back and floated, moving her arms occasionally so she didn’t sink.
She looked around when she heard Leon say that not many people came down to the lake. Wow he is right, there is no one else down here, that’s weird. She thought to herself. She didn’t understand why people didn’t come down to the lake, it was a very beautiful place and it was fun. ”What is that?” She said questioning the game he mentioned. She had never heard about it and was wondering what it was.

Leon looked at her. "I'm very glad," he smiled, "one of the happiest men alive right now," he grinned. He slipped underwater and swam closer. Once he came up he shook his head like a dog would coming out of water. He looked at her, "I'm just grinning to grin," he told her.
He thought of her next question and how to explain it. "Well it's kind of like tag under water, the sharks try and get all the minnows, one team against the other, once you get tagged your out," he told her. He watched her, "what do most of you do for fun in the water?" he asked.

Juliet shielded her face from the water droplets that came from Leon’s hair. ”Why are you one of the happiest men alive right now?” She questioned him wondering what made him so happy. Part of her was thinking it was because he was hanging out with her. But she didn’t know why she was thinking that. It wasn’t that she liked him or anything. Or do I. No I can’t he’s a muggleborn. But he’s so nice. She argued with herself. She hoped that Leon wouldn’t notice her internal battle going on at that moment. ”Ok.” She said to him about the grinning.
Juliet listened to him talk about the game. It seemed like a fun game to her, such a fun one that she might have to play it one of these days. ”That seems really fun. I want to play it, too bad there aren’t any other people in her.” She said to him. She then thought about the question he asked her. She didn’t really do much when she was in the water but swim around because her friends would never go with her so she would be alone. ”Well to tell you the truth I mostly just swim around because no one will ever go swimming with me.” She told him as she swam around a few feet away from him.

"Because you want to hex me, so I'm happy to the fact you won't," Leon told her. She seemed lost in thought for a moment but he didn't acknowledge it in anyway. She spoke how the game sounded fun, "well maybe we can get two groups together to play, make a water sport with it," he told her smiling. He liked the fact that she thought it was fun.
He looked at her. "I only swim here at school," he told her softly. He thought on if he should speak of why but figured why not. "Jonathan almost drowned in one of the duck ponds on the property and well mum never exactly let us," he told her.

Juliet laughed at him when he said he was happy because she wasn’t going to hex him. ”So that’s the only reason why you are happy?” She questioned him wondering if he was happy about anything else. She listened to him as he talked about getting a game going one day. ”I don’t know about that. Most of the people I know are Slytherin’s and I doubt that they will want to play with a bunch of Muggleborns.” She said to him. It wasn’t that she didn’t want to play the game because she did, she just didn’t think anyone she knew would want to play.
Juliet listen to him say that he only swam at school. She was about to ask why when she heard him say it. ”That sucks, but hey at least he didn’t drown.” She said trying to look on the positive about it. She was glad that he hadn’t lost his brother because of drowning.

"Well that and I'm spending a nice time with a friendly Slytherin," Leon told her softly. He looked at her and than swam back. "I'm sure we can get the to play it if they were sharks and we integrated spells into the game," he chuckled, "after all Slytherin does play against muggleborns in Quidditch." He knew she would know that very well. They were both chasers on two separate teams.
He moved to where he could stand and stood straight up. "Yeah it sucked, but again it would have been worse to lose him," he said. He brought his upper body out of the water and looked over at her. "A day like this, the water's nice isn't it?" he asked

”That would make anyone happy.” She said to Leon about his comment of being with a nice Slytherin. Most of the Slytherins that she knew would not have given him the time of day. After hearing him say that they could add magic to the game, she thought that maybe it could work. ”That’s a good idea. The Slytherins would love a chance to attack other students while it is legal. And if they don’t want to I could bring up the Quidditch thing.” She said to him. She really wanted to play the game and would do whatever it took to get her friends to play.
Juliet followed him to the area where she could stand up and have her chest out of the water. She looked down at her shirt and saw that it was completely soaked. Damn, I’m going to have to go and change now. She thought to herself. ”It probably would’ve been. At least you didn’t have to go through that.” She said to him about his brother. She looked up at the sky and saw that it was still completely clear before answering his next question. ”The water is very nice.”

Leon grinned and nodded. She then spoke of the Slytherins loving to attack other students and he grinned. "That could be absolutely true," he told her, "maybe I'll petition it to the headmaster. It would be good for everyone here to play." He wondered if he really could get it to go through.
He looked at her and smiled. "He lived at that's what mattered," he told her. He was glad she agreed that it was nice day so far. "We're gonna have to go change," he told her chuckling.
